Exchange / Return / Refund

Our aim is customer’s complete shopping satisfaction. We believe that if the customer is happy with our services then he/she will buy from us again. But sometimes the conditions/situations are not in our favor and if a customer is not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. 

  • Products are only eligible for exchange if there are size-related issues, within 7 days of delivery if the original label and tags are not tempered, broken, damaged and the product is not used or washed.
  • Products once purchased are not eligible for a refund, only once exchange can be arranged by Bairaas.com, if the product has a manufacturing defect, damaged, and indifferent size is delivered.
  • Products purchased in the sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Products purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for exchange/refund or return.
  • Orders are non-returnable if the above criteria are not met.
  • Orders are non-refundable, if size is not available for exchange.

  • For Damage issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
  • In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.
